Complete Turnkey Gate Packages
Every gate package is a complete turnkey system, furnished and professionally installed by Viking Gates with a manual swing gate and all required hardware and installation materials included. Solar-powered opener bundles are available for automatic operation.
Pricing applies to standard residential installations within our service area. We’ll confirm measurements and site conditions and let you know upfront if anything requires special attention.

Happy With Your Existing Gate? Upgrade it!
Already have a compatible gate? The Upgrade adds a solar-powered opener to the gate you already own. It runs on battery power with solar charging, giving you convenient powered access without requiring a standard electrical hookup.
Best for homeowners who like their current gate just fine but are tired of serving as its full-time opening mechanism.
Compatibility must be confirmed before installation. We’ll review the gate, posts, hinges, alignment, swing path, and available solar-panel location before moving forward.
No payment is required during online booking. You will receive a 50% deposit invoice only after your measurements and project details are confirmed.

How It Works
Pick Your Gate
Choose The Single or The Double, select your preferred style, and add any solar-powered options you want. The pricing is right here on the website, so there is no waiting around for an appointment just to discover the number.
No payment is required during online booking.
Tell Us About Your Project
Answer a few questions, upload photos if you have them, and tell us anything unusual about the installation area. Strange slope? Tight space? Driveway with a personality? This is the time to mention it.
Confirm the Measurements
Choose the option that works best for you:
Site visit: We can schedule a quick visit to confirm the measurements, layout, access, and site conditions. Visits usually take about 15 to 20 minutes, and you do not need to be home as long as the installation area is accessible.
Self-measure: You can submit your own measurements and photos using our measurement guide. Your gate will be built according to the measurements you provide, so this is an excellent time to honor the ancient wisdom of measuring twice.
Review and Final Confirmation
Once the measurements and project details are confirmed, we’ll send your final project confirmation with your selected gate, options, installation details, and deposit invoice.
If anything falls outside the standard installation scope, we’ll explain it clearly before anything moves forward. No surprise side quests.
Deposit and Scheduling
A 50% deposit is due after your project is confirmed. The deposit moves your gate into production and reserves your installation date.
The date selected during online booking is considered your preferred date until the deposit has been received. Installation dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The remaining 50% balance is due the morning of installation before work begins.
Installation Day
Your gate goes in, your curb appeal goes up, and one more thing gets checked off your list.
